Dedicated to the process of collaborating with communities to cultivate connection and communication through the arts, Kayla enjoys working with musicians and arts organizations on activities ranging from the logistical to the musical. 


With a master’s degree in violin performance and a seven-year background working in leadership positions for nonprofits, here are some areas that Kayla has experience in:

In order to provide flexible options that can be tailored to fit your goals and location, Kayla offers 30 minute, 45 minute, and 1 hour lessons that can be attended either in-person or online.

Are you looking to learn a new instrument or improve your playing? Kayla is currently accepting private students into her studio. 

Kayla has experience teaching individuals as young as four years old, as well as K-12 students and adults. She has taught private lessons and group violin and viola classes through multiple community music schools since 2014. She also regularly coaches chamber groups and violin sectionals for festivals and school orchestras.
